Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (5 Days work)

 

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to take care the sales activities in US / European markets
  • Develop and execute sales plans with goals to meet and exceed company's targets
  • Help negotiate complex contracts and provide accurate forecasts, sales reports and market data
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with appropriate channel partners
  • Provide input on the continuous development of products based on customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate and timely account records as needed for efficient account management
  • Inform management of issues and trends that may have business impact and success of sales team

 

Requirements:
  • Degree Holder in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in selling consumer electronics product to European / US markets
  • Proven ability to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience with online sales, in particular European / US markets will be advantageous
  • Ability to work alone under own initiative and make appropriate adjustment to achieve maximum results
  • Pleasant, positive and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills with business acumen, have market sense and analytical mind and business planning abilities
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
  • Occasional travel to overseas market is necessarily.
